Poor is a state of poverty and means nothing more than a person is lacking money for some reason.
I am poor financially however I consider myself wealthy in spirit because I am lucky to have my faith in God, my family near, my good friends and my loving feline companions.

I think the poor people are LUCKY. WHy?
The Answer is: This life is a test. Check out the school examination. If the Question paper is tough, the correction is leniant. And if the Q Paper was easy, there will be strict evaluation.
Similarly, those born handicapped, poor will have an easy evaluation after death. Whereas the rich, normal guys will have a strict evaluation.
The poor, handicapped have already suffered much in this world, therefore if they dont ascribe partners with GOD, they will enter heaven easily. But the rich and the normal guys like us will have a strict evaluation, about our life, wealth etc.
This is the Islamic concept about variations in this life.

That they have no money? Some are poor because of choice - they have other priorities than money. Some are poor because of circumstance - where they were born - how they were or were not educated. Some are poor because they simple are unable to elevate themselves financially. Some are poor because they do not have the mental capacity or desire to attain wealth. All are humans and deserving of the same respect shown to those who have wealth. Those who are in need should be helped if they are unable to help themselves.

There is nothing wrong with being poor. Sometimes poor people are richer than rich people. A poor person who lives in a travel trailer that is paid for, and drives a used car that is paid for and keeps it fixed and safe, who lives on land that is paid for but make less than $8.00 an hour is richer then a person living in a huge house making $100.000 plus a yer but is living week to week and has their money stretching as far as it can.

There are many "POORS"
Poor in finance
Poor in Health
Poor in Spirit
Poor in Common Sense
Poor in Social Graces
we could go on.....
What do I think? I think that I count my blessings if their state is lower than mine; and if there's a way to help them... without harming my own state... I would be glad to if they were sincerely wanting help with their situation.
We all have to realize our limits, though, and sometimes tere is a fine line. We must take care of our own, and our family's needs first. If you are in a "poor" state, you can wish them well and give suggestions, but sometimes that's all.
Sometimes all someone in a poor state needs is some compassion and time. we can ALL give tht easily.

Jesus said that blessed are the poor for yours is the kingdom of God but in another gospel it alters the saying from being poor to being poor in spirit. it was taught that wickedness resides in high places but wickedness can reside in all classes of men. Only the poor in spirit are those that have no means given to them to obtain wealth through the oppression and tyranny that reigns in the whole world.

That they could use a helping hand and then I try and help the
best way that I can. Being poor does not make you less of a
human. It just means that you are less fortunate than other humans in the terms of money and always having everything
that you need.

I have been poor financially most of my life, but I am rich where it counts. Rich in my personal beliefs, rich in humor, and rich in having great friends and family.
No one is truly poor, except those who make themselves poor.
