Ofcourse you can throw her out! Just move her stuff out and change the locks! She doesn't pay you rent, does she? Not like SHE's going to go to the police, is it?

Your biggest problem is not your druggy stepchild it's YOU. How else could you (& hubby) offer "sexy" pix of a pregnant person for sale or allow a child to skip school for years or allow anyone to burn you with a cigarette w/out you or your husband standing up for yourself or at bare minimum calling the cops.

Check yourself into drug/alcohol rehab
AND
Contact social services in your city if you are being abused (they can help w counselling, housing, $$ and protection from the guy)
AND
Divorce your hubby since he's not doing what's needed for you or his child
AND last but not least,
Make sure you get your baby put up for adoption at birth. Clearly taking care of another person would be too much for you at this time.

This is your home. If she wants to live there she should abide by YOUR rules. If she doesnt like it, I suggest you contact the mother to come and get her. Or dad can be more ascertive, and pack her things, put her on a bus or can take her to the mothers himself. It doesnt sound like he is doing much to put the situation right. Do you have social welfare there? What is the legal aid for a minor in Spain. Here in South Africa it is 18, and we can kick them out of the house. I would never accept behaviour like this from my husbands children. He has 5 of them, and they respect me, and today we have a very good relationship. Get her out out out of your house. Its your right to be safe and happy, especially with a baby on the way.

Ever heard of government legislated Racial abuse?

You are in Spain, they don't want ex-pats there. Of course they won't help you, they hope all the Brits etc. will kill each other off.

Spanish Inquisition, genocide of the Incas, bullfighting. Why would you want to live amongst people like that? Return home and bring your baby up in a civilised country. You owe it to her/him.

ive been in the situation of being a drug dealers girlfriend. I was beaten by my boyfriend, held up at gunpoint and hated it. you need to do everything in your power to get her to stop, before its too late!! I never did drugs, but i saw what they can do....time is running out for her!!!

i'd move out and raise your daughter in a house where she doesn't live. this way your husband will know that you mean business. if your husband really loves you he'll put his daughter in rehab of juvenile detention or whatever you have, so that your baby can be safe.
