Two childrens shows in which the star is a boy fighting to come out of a coma. The action takes place in his dreams.

The first is either American or Australian. The boy falls into a coma, the result of bullying. In his dream the boy is trying to find his father. The place where he finds himself is a place without adults under military rule. Among the characters is a girl called Media who handles propaganda.

The second is English. The dream action takes place in a block of flats and features a character called Warrior, the dream personification of a bully.

Warrior's function is to guard the stairways to prevent the main character from getting to the top.

Additional on the first one. The boy had gone fishing with his father some years before. His father appeared to have fallen out of the boat and drowned. In his coma, the boy gets clues that his father is alive. His father is something like a founder of the militaristic culture of the dream, and the government (all children) are afraid of what will happen if the boy finds his father.

This sounds like an old AFTERSCHOOL special that was aired in the 70's or 80's.
