Nothing will happen. I am I small woman so during pregnancy I didn't get all that big for quite some time. I never found very much maternity clothes that fit me right. So, my entire pregnancy I wore regular sized clothes. Hip hugger jeans work nice as long as your belly is high enough. And once your belly gets too low, or too big, for jeans just grab a comfy pair of sweatpants or stretchy pajamas bottoms. You're pregnant. Comfort should be your main concern. There's nothing wrong with wearing whatever you think is most comfortable.

Nothing, it is your choice of what you wear. I mean...cheese, some of those women posing pregnant and naked on the magazine covers. You should be proud that you are bearing a new life, and do what feels comfortable....especially now. I wouldn't suggest VERY tight things like a corset or shape-changing garments though. (In case you are a rennie)

Nothing as long as you are comfortable. Hollywood women do it all the time. So why can't you?
