Eat regularly and maintain your calorie intake at a high level. Dont pig out and eat everything in one meal in the hopes of reaching the required calorie intake though.
Divide your meals into 4 or 5 per day n even things out. Also you could join a gym to add some muscle which will futher help you look bigger. I would suggest sticking to power lifting movements and heavy training to gain maximum size. Good luck in your attempts. I am sure u will be bigger soon.

eat regularly healthy foods and exercise too.. exersising doesnt mean you're burning fats and you will get thin, ther's an exersise too to gain weight and see a doctor ofcourse

cake, potatoes,cakes and milk,yogurt
and sleep for 12 hours a day

Why would you want to be fat? Being overweight is a really bad thing! It makes you susceptible to SO many diseases and illnesses... YOU CAN DIE FROM BEING OVERWEIGHT. I think you mean you want to put more muscle on!

protein, carbs and start weight training! at the most ur body can use 30grams of protein every 2 hours! so get on those protein shakes!
