That's a tough one to answer. My suggestion would be to check out your creative side for suggestions on a really savvy classy, but wonderfully memorable way to propose marriage to this lady.
The bended knee is overdone too much. The use of a huge billboard or GoodYear blimp to ask is cheesy--also overdone AND overrated. Make a visit to your creative side and I think you'll find the perfect way to ask her to marry you.

propose from your heart! Do something creative and romantic. What I suggest is to give her a box that looks like a gift. Then when she opens it there will be a lot of paper. Each piece of paper having one word. The first as you know will and then you so on until she fully decodes the message. After she has gotten through the papers she will see the ring in a beautiful small box. Another suggestion I have is for to take her out to a romantic restaurant and come desert time you ask the waiter to bring out her favorite dessert with the proposal on it.. With these suggestions in mind are the slient but golden ways to propose to her, Good luck and take care!

With all you heart and sincerity. A fine and big diamond ring works wonders too. If she is a private and shy person, don't shock her by proposing in public. Try making her a nice dinner at home and pop her the question and the ring while you and her cuddle up to the telly.

Buy an engagement ring, and propose on one knee just like in the movies. Don't let her put on the ring unless she says "YES"! Save the receipt in case she says no. If she says no, take the ring back and FORGET HER!

Pick a special occasion like her birthday, christmas, or when the bells chime midnight on New Year!

Ask her parents if u can propose their daughter, this shows that you are truly gentleman and this is extremly needed.
