There is this guy around town.I once met him when I went to collect something for my dad.He helped my father fix his tyre when he was stuck next to the road.I've seen this guy around for quite a while.Usually when he sees me his head turns and starts talking to his friends.I can't help noticing each time he looks at me.I greet him each time I see him.Like you know lift the hand kind of thing and wave.Should I be concerned or pay attention as such with this kind of messages?He looks kind of old don't know his age though.

Hi Cotto, Why don't you go up to him,and start talking to him. Maybe you will see if you are interested in him,and if he is interested in you. If you think after seeing him up close, that he is really to old for you,just walk away,and not see him anymore. Only you can make this decision.

Don't understand why you are uneasy about him - why he makes you feel uncomfortable. What you have written does not appear unusual but your gut instinct is telling you to be wary for some reason. I would talk to your Dad about it.
