What???? I know about the fiasco with the failed gender test but what the heck are you saying? I just know if you flaunt the rules and you fail you pay the price, why should the consequences of failing the gender test be any different than failing the drug test

If the surgury hadn't been performed yet then it counts as the birth gender and that just too freakin bad. so it counts to lose the medal.
