i am so sorry for you.....the thing i can tell you is that because of HIPPA laws they may not even be able to acknowledge that she is there....check with that laws in AZ first.....otherwise call around or try to find the DA who representedd her....and remember...shes getting treatment, Bipolar disorder can be very destructive without treatment.....goood luck

i feel so sad for you but dont give up,maybe calling the hospital were you think she is ,or going to the court house that ordered the placement good luck
