You make me laugh: "... I made a right turn on red without come [sic] to a complete stop."
And on what grounds do you think you can justify breaking the law? Would it have killed you to stop like you were supposed to have done?
A red light means stop. You didn't. Case closed.

I contested a ticket thinking they didn't have a photo...they print the photo on the back of a ticket copy that is sent to the judge... last year and they lowered the amount 40 dollars just for showing up. It all depends on the judge though. This was in Seattle WA and was for turning on a street where it isn't allowed.

Two things... the photo has to show YOU at the wheel. If you testify that it wasn't you at the wheel, and the photo is not clear, they can't convict you. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, the company that runs the cameras (not the city or county) has to send you the citation in the mail. They're not sent by registered mail, so how do they know you got it? "Citation? What citation?"

If you didn't come to a complete stop, you ran the light.
You had better get your story perfected before you go to court over the ticket.

The outlawed those cameras in our state. The state supreme court ruled them unlawful, so we don't have to fight those any more. Good luck, though, it sounds like you broke the law.

Yes, I took my photo/ticket to court and said "it wasn't me!?"
They looked at the photo looked at me... and said "ok" and dismissed it. And my ticket was for running around a RR crossing
a block from the court house. (I was late on another case:-}
(let me know how it goes for ya)
