Number Two
In a looney bin Fred would be heavily sedated and if he did anything to me I could sue the hospital making the 20g's I won look like nothing

I thought it was supposed to be a lion that hasn't eaten in 3 months. Then I would pick the lion because he would be dead, but since you switched it up. I would go with 2.
