In addition be sure to eat a lot of vegetables especially the green ones that are raw. Low fat and non fat dairy products are also essential. Study have show those who eat 2-3 servings of dairy a day while on diet loose more weight. Drink a lot of water. Be sure to eat some fruit that is low carb like watermelon. Also if you want to loose weight fast exercise!!! Weightlifting, circuit training, as well as cardio are necessary. You will look great in no time take care and good luck.
