The consulate in Dubai we can say is a dummy. Somebody should awake/activate them, not only for the issue that Mr. Shoukat asked, even for the routine consular procedures also.
Ask them to look around some other consulates/embassies like Philippine and even Sri Lanka how they are supporting their peoples.

Well, your argument is great! First you will commit, an illegal activity, knowingly, and then you want the Government to bail you out, on public money, who earn their lively means by legal methods, and pay tax.
