Iran has been a danger to the world for a long time. They fund Hezbollah and Hamas. They plan or want to destroy Israel. They will start a full scale war in the Middle East as soon as we leave. They are sponsoring the Shiite Militias in Iraq and they are along with Syria helping Insurgents get into Iraq and supplying their weapons. Take them out and half the fighting in the Middle East stops or at least slows. They are behind Hezbollah's attempts to remove the democratic government of Lebanon, the attacks on Israel. Saudi hates them and when or if we pull out they will start funding the Sunni Militias and have stated they will drop the price of oil to starve Iran since that is their only real source of income. Iran will not stand for that so the fight will be on. Imagine the price of gas if those two get it on? Both will try to keep the other from shipping any oil. $10 a gallon. Wonder how many liberals will be ready to fight then? Hurt the only thing they really love, their pocket books.

I have met many Iranians who were good and nice people. I have no doubt the country is filled with them to at least the extent that most other countries are.
I think the most dangerous thing we could do to Iran is find a way to empower the people there to throw off their shackles and send the mullahs back to the mosques where they belong.
Meanwhile, President Ahmadina-whack-job belongs in a zoo, or a camp for the mentally deranged.
Most Iranians would like to have at least the freedoms they had under the Shah. But let's not send Jimmy Carter to mediate this issue. He played a key role in getting the Shah overthrown.
The Shah may not have been a great humanitarian, but he was better than the nutcases that have run Iran since.

Jon H: FOXnews had a few pro-democracy Iranian student groups the other day for an interview. They flat out said they did NOT want US support or backing to overthrow the mullahs. They do not trust the US any more so than Ahmedinejad. If the majority of Iranian citizens wanted western-style democracy, the students wouldn't have taken over the embassy in '79. They wouldn't have taken hostages. Iran would be a stable democracy by now, if the will of their people were for it to be so.
Eminem: Iran has specifically stated they do not wish to pursue nuclear weapons. They wish to create a civilian nuclear power infrastructure to supply energy to its people. If you could speak Farsi, or at least get a decent(read:not Israeli/FOX-translated) transcript of Ahmedinejad's speeches, you'd realize that he isn't calling for Israel's destruction. He says Israel will fade away, in the same manner as the USSR imploded upon itself. Israel's been screeching about how the US should protect poor little Israel against the big bad Iran. Too bad Israeli PM Olmert let slip their nuclear capability a few days ago, eh? Now, legally, the US can't send aid to Israel anymore. We can't help them if they get into some sh!t with Iran. Besides, why can't they just threaten Tehran with atomic annihilation? They seem to be OK murdering Palestinian children, treating Gazans/West Bank Palestinians as cattle and filth, to be disposed of as quickly and quietly as possible..

Iran will not use its atomic weapons only on Israel but they will try to hit Europe and the USA as well. First step is to knock off Iran's president, then try for a revolution. Outright war at this time is a no-no. The USA doesn't have the manpower to achieve victory and another war in the middle east would REALLY unite the Arabs (Muslims). With this crazy bastard in power the world is in for one hellava hard time. The same holds true for N. Korea only N. Korea doesn't have oil for big income and its population
is starving. China is the power to watch because if N. Korea is attacked the Chinese will surely come to their aid even though the USA accounts for the heart of China's income.

It's not really that hard to see the way things are shaping with Iran, you have a President who is willing to kill as many people that he can and he vows to wipe out a entire country (Israel) a country...with civilians and all...yes....if he is building his nuclear material for weapon purposes.....then Iran needs to wiped out by Israel....or the US....and maybe even both....for those other countries that may want to jump in for Iran....we can take care of it all at once....this crap has to stop from all countries...including ours....we are all at risk !

FACT: The IAEA allows Iran to pursue nuclear power for electricity.
FACT: Regulators attempt to make sure Iran doesn't use it's nuclear research for weapons
Ultimately it's not up for the United States to decide. The people of Iran need to decide whether or not they want to entrust their government to the nuts in power right now. If they like them they can keep them, but if they want something done they need to either vote them out or overthrow the government.
Remember Locke.

We need to target their enrichment plants, as well as anything else that is nuclear related. We CANNOT afford them to be fully nuclear, if this happens, I would rather move to a small town rather than remaining in a big city, BIG CITY = BIG TARGET.
I believe the only thing that would keep us getting hit, would be excellent Intel, not a multi billion dollar anti-ballistic system.
think about it for a moment. The Iranians KNOW that we have awesome AIR & SPACE capabilities, do you really think they would risk to have their NUCLEAR BABY by shot down before impact. I believe it is far more likely that they would try to sneak a nuclear weapon either trough our HEAVILY SECURED PORTS OR BORDERS. LOL LOL
So bottom line, lets nuke them before they nuke us. Please don't give into the mistake of believing that they would not do it duo to fears of retaliation. They are going to HEAVEN if we kill them. We wont get a second chance with the IRANIANS.
BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY.

The US and others who care about our way of life should begin to fund and support opposition groups inside Iran and hopefully fund an internal insurgency. But direct conflict should be a last resort.
But, this important option shouldn't be taken off the table.

!!!!!!!!!!!!! WARNING !!!!!!!!!!!
Nuclear is a weak way to use to gain power! nobody wins
Nuclear bomb kills all, if not from blast then fallout
Destroys ozone layer and sun heats up earth, ice melts, and floods swallow up land
Contaminates crops and water supply
EVERYBODY WILL DIE
solution: WORLD PROBLEM all leaders of the world need to be involved to solve issue
What it all comes down to is money and cowards think by using nuclear for power is gonna gain them something, but its gonna gain them nothing but death.
GOD bless you all and Merry CHRISTmas
