Personality. I gravitate towards strong women myself, probably because I'm the romantic, bleeding-heart type and I periodically need some sense knocked into me^_^. I want a girl whose going make me laugh, and bring out the best of me. Some one whose fun, intelligent, and empathetic. I have a candidate right now...and she also happens to be hot...or maybe part of that is her personality enhancing what's already there...who knows?
In sort...you just be yourself girl,and take care of yourself too. Being fat isn't sexy...but neither is being a skeleton. You'll have better luck with an interesting cover, and when you find one you like...show him the great book inside! Ehehehe...lame metaphor, I know...
Oh, and mischa...I must say one thing...girls don't? We all learn what's really important eventually....

Looks and personality. If it based purely on looks, then the guy is shallow. But let us all admit the first thing we see in a woman is... well... her face. Looks do determine many things. The part that really matters is personality, going beyond what is on the outside.
Personally, I like a girl who is humorous, easy-going, low maintenance, intelligent, and maintains a positive attitute.

I like a woman with brown eyes, long hair, good personality and a great sense of humor that is slightly warped. Slightly. ... only a bit.
Smart, slender, spontanious and pretty confident. One that's not all crazy.

I myself tend to look at personality first someone i can feel like i am connecting with, someone i can trust and that is good at making me feel special, like she only has eyes for me, i mean looks also have to be there to an extent i have to be attracted to her, but personality is the biggest thing for me....

man look for a woman, someone who will love him and accept him even his ugly attitude. He needs a woman who will boast him up and stand beside him whenever he is down and always beside him when he is happy.
