some twenty months ago, i was faced with a decision and i made a terrible choice which is destroying not only my own life, but also the life of my parents and my family. this mistake which i made has spoiled my whole life and has left no option for me but to finish my life. the only way out of this quicksand is to somehow go back into my past and change my decision, to make the right choice, and this is the only way to save me and my family from destruction.
i know u might laugh at me, but i know that everything's possible. if anybody out there knows how to go back in time, PLEASE, i beg u to help me, please let me have one more chance at life, i really need to go back in time to july 2005.
PLEASE, ANYBODY, PLEASE HELP ME IF U CAN, PLEASE, IF ANYONE OUT THERE KNOWS HOW TO REVERSE TIME AND GO BACK INTO THE PAST, PLEASE TELL ME AND HELP ME AT GETTING ONE MORE CHANCE AT HAPPINESS. I REALLY NEED TO GO BACK TO THE TIME WHEN I STILL HASD THAT CHOICE IN MY HANDS... HELP ME, PLEASE!

I doubt you can go back in time, but you can get down on your knees and pray that God fixes the wrong choices you have made.Trust in him and he will make all things right.God bless you and your family

Ok, first off. If you honestly think that someone on Yahoo Answers is going to be able to give you schematics for some time machine, then honey you're on the wrong website. You should be surfing MIT's website or something.

Secondly, although in theory it may be possible to reverse time and change an event, this would cause a "paradox." Here is a breakdown:

1. You made a mistake a few years back that you want to fix. So you build a time machine.

2. You go back in time to fix the mistake.

3. Since the mistake was never made, you will never have use for a time machine.

4. If you have no use for a time machine, you never go back in time to fix the mistake.

5. Since you never fix the mistake, the mistake therefore happens. Then you're left in the same boat where you started.

So just get on with your life. Learn from your mistakes. Use the experience to grow instead of spending your time obsessing about the past.

Its not what you did in the past that matters now but rather how you spend the rest of your life. We have all done terrible things and wished we could go back and undo them but the reality is that we can't! Whatever you did the Lord is ever willing to forgive you and if he forgives then so must everyone else. He said that all manner of sin and blasphemy will be forgiven except blasphemy against the Holy Ghost which is a sin which can't be committed any more in this day and age. Why not email me privately and discuss as there is always an answer. God Bless!

You know you made a mistake so now is the time to fix it as best you can. Even I know there is no time travel. If you could go back and change what happened would it really change the you in this time? No. It would make a new time line for the new you that you made.

I used to wonder what would happen if I stopped my brother from getting shot. I would play it out in my mind over and over again. What I would say and do to stop it. I thought if only I could find the right words to say to him then I could go back. I spent over 10 yrs on it. My brother is still dead and I still miss him.

My dear.... There is a reason for everything... for every mistake made... for every blessing encountered.... for every purpose and thing done... there is a reason...

The past is something that is already done... so it is called "passed"....

We cannot get a second swing at it but in our dreams..... There is an answer right there for you as to how to use the past to your best ability.... Only you have not learned to look at it......

the answer is there!!!

Once you learn to utilize the answer, you can move forward without looking back at that which is passed......

Ginger

Einstein theorized that time and space are a continium and that time travel along that continuim is possible. I believe he was right. The problem is, he didn't figure out HOW to do it, so we wait for the next genius to give us that answer. In the interim, I suggest that life is too short to waste on regret, and that you are wasting valuable time looking to the past for a way out. Your answer lies ahead of you.

You can't go back, but you can move forward and become new.

2Co 5:17 -
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Re 21:5 -
Then He who sat on the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new." And He said to me, "Write, for these words are true and faithful."

Well, you now have the choice of making the best of your life, or wallowing in self pity. Get off your lazy butt and fix whatever you did.

Though time is universal, no man living is able to say what it is. It is as unfathomable as space. No one can explain where the stream of time began or where it is flowing. These things belong to the limitless knowledge of Jehovah, who is described as being God “from time indefinite to time indefinite.”-Ps. 90:2.

On the other hand, time has certain characteristics that can be understood. Its apparent rate of flow can be measured. Additionally, it moves in one direction only. Like traffic on a one-way street, time moves relentlessly in that one direction-onward, ever onward. Whatever the speed of its forward movement, time can never be thrown into reverse. We live in a momentary present. However, this present is in motion, flowing continually into the past. There is no stopping it.

The Past.
The past is gone, it is history, and it can never be repeated. Any attempt to call back the past is as impossible as trying to make a waterfall tumble uphill or an arrow fly back to the bow that shot it. Our mistakes have left their mark in the stream of time, a mark that only Jehovah can wipe out. (Isa. 43:25) In like manner, a man’s good deeds in the past have made a record that “will come back to him” with blessing from Jehovah. (Prov. 12:14; 13:22) The past has been won or lost. No longer is there any control over it. Of the wicked it is written: “For like grass they will speedily wither, and like green new grass they will fade away.”-Ps. 37:2.
The Future.
The future is different. It is always flowing toward us. By the help of God’s Word, we can identify obstacles that loom ahead of us and prepare to meet them. We can store up for ourselves “treasures in heaven.” (Matt. 6:20) These treasures will not be swept away by the stream of time. They will stay with us and will endure into an eternal future of blessing. We are interested in the wise use of time, as it affects that future.-Eph. 5:15, 16.

Time Indicators.
Our modern-day watches and clocks are time indicators. They serve as rulers for measuring time. In similar manner Jehovah, the Creator, has set in motion giant time indicators-the earth spinning on its axis, the moon revolving around the earth, and the sun-so that from his standpoint on earth, man may be accurately advised of the time. “And God went on to say: ‘Let luminaries come to be in the expanse of the heavens to make a division between the day and the night; and they must serve as signs and for seasons and for days and years.’” (Gen. 1:14) Thus, as a multitude of objects with interlocking purposes, these heavenly bodies move in their perfect cycles, unendingly and unerringly measuring the one-directional movement of time.
Do you think that if your request was possible that anybody would not like to go back and change things there are things that all of us would like to go back and change Sorry that I have to tell you this is not possible. But it is possible for you to get a second chance and fix your life No one on earth will be able to help you achieve this, no matter how talented they may be, it is impossible for any of us. but your life and your family's can be fixed and the only way that you can fix it is not by going back in time that is not possible, but you can do it with the help of Almighty God Jehovah he has the answer for all things and to be able to fix your life the right way you need to get to know him and heed his advice all of it call on Jehovah for all you want of his wisdom and he will give it to you with more than you even ask of him call on his name and you will be saved you can depend on this(Romans10:13)
