If you are about to do a cut & paste, and put this in the French section of Yahoo answers, I'd phrase it slightly differently, and write,
J'aimerais rencontrer mon correspondent d'enfance. Il s'appelle Ami Luthi, et it habitait en Paris. Comment peux-je faire ceci?
