The best place to check when local retailers are getting more wii's is :

Just make sure you call the store to confirm the day before, because sometimes shipments don't arrive or the date changes without notice. It is best to call multiple places to keep a look out. With Best Buy, they typically are forced to hold their shipments until Sunday after the salespapers have gone out. I'm thinking A) You have to call every store you're interested in purchasing it at. B) Check on-line at Yahoo! on their Wii buyers-guide page at http://wii.yahoo.com/buyers-guide - The page is updated every 5 minutes I believe. A couple of weeks ago I was watching it and Wal-mart had some online and it updated to reflect that and then as soon as they were sold out, it updated to reflect that as well (clever script). That's my advice, other than that ,I think you'll have to wait until late Dec early Jan; There will be plenty to go around PLUS the great thing is you'll get one with a stronger strap and a system that may be a LITTLE bit more bug free i.e PS3

Which Besy Buy? What state? What town? Did you call Best Buy and ask?

They had 18 at everystore on Sunday, they probally all gone now, Toys r Us gets one more shipment on thursday, be there friday early like 5am.
