Yeah...I get this too. Got major digs in school and all that. Things I've tried and have worked:
1. Use some powder. You can get away with this especially as a lady
2. Whenever you use the loo, wash your hands and wet a hanky or even some tissue and wipe your forehead

You cannot get rid of oily skin. You can try to minimize the oil that naturally occurs with blotting papers. You can buy inexpensive papers at the drug store like Sav on or you can buy more expensive and more effective papers at a cosmetic counter in a department store.

The papers have powder on it. When you blot your skin, the powder will absorb th oil. It is amazing!!

Don't use alcohol because it dries the skin and makes it tight and shiny.

Keep your skin clean and if you use make up use something oil free or liquid to powder. Keep the hair off the skin because the natural oils from your hair will get on your skin.

Proactive is a good suggestion. Also wash your face regularly and don't dry it. let it dry naturally and don't add any lotions if you can help it. If you need a moisturizer use one that is oil free.

Mix 3 tsps regular vaseline with half a tube of blistex chapstick (from any drugstore, dry it in the sun for 1 hour before using it in the mixture) and 1/2 tsp water. This is a miracle substance it worked for my greasy forehead! My dermatologist told me about this surefire substance, it's homemade, cheap, and effective! Just apply a thick coating all over your forehead and leave it on for 4 hours AT least.

I've noticed that my skin seems much oiler when I eat fatty foods, so you could try to cut back on butter, choose leaner meats and in general watch your fat intake. I can't beleive it took me this long in my life to realize this.

Also, try the clay type masks from Queen Helene. They're inexpensive and I've been using them for years to help my oily skin. There a regular one and a mint julep one if you also break out.

I get that every now and then. Used to have it a lot when I was younger.

I take cotton balls and soak with rubbing alcohol and rub them on my forehead at least once a day.

Years ago I was told not to do this because it would cause wrinkles. 51 years old now and no wrinkles yet.

move to a dryer climate. Made 500% differance for me.
also, put lotion on at night, and sunblock on in the day (not oil based). Your skin will think it doesn't have to make grease anymore.
