if you mean drunk - go to the upper east side and look for irish places. starting at about 76th and 3rd and going all the way up to 93rd and 3rd, there are tons of pubs, bars and holes in the wall that are a great place to hang out. People are friendly and buy back shots from the bar tenders still occur. Try Kinsale Tavern 1672 Third Ave. (between 93rd & 94th St.) .
Other places:
Tammany Hall, 218 E. 53rd St. (between Second & Third Ave)
O'Flanagan's 1215 First Ave. (bet. 65th & 66th St.)

you can get dunks at any neighborhood park that has basketball courts. any body playing will gladly oblige in giving you a dunk!!!
or you go to the nyc's famous basketball court named "RUCKERS"
have fun getting dunked on!!!
