i am working one job. in our office all boys, only 2 are girl. one is i and another is my friend. but now she lefting job. so from today i am only (girl) in the office. but in office our manager haven't good chracter. so i am very afriad about him. when nobody in office he talk rubbish things. I am too soft nature. i can't face this problem. kindly help me.

Lady! What is more important your job or your diginity?
He will go and tell ten different men that you are allowing things to be done to you and you dont react.
Tomorrow more people will start the same thing with you, will you keep quite!
Keep your resignation letter ready, if he trys one more time slap him hard, tell him that you tolerated enough and that you dont wont to work for such a lousy person.
Who knows maybe the earlier girl also left for the same reasons?

Yes, you CAN face this problem. You can tell him in no uncertain terms that you will not accept this kind of talk from him and that if he continues you will report him to the labor board. You are facing a difficult situation because you are the only girl with a guy who is obviously a pervert or has no professionalism or boundaries. Can you get a different job? If I were you I would. Demand respect and you will get it.. but be smart and think safety first.

Take my advice : get another job and leave. You will be under a lot of stress if you continue to work there. Let your family members and/or friends know what you are facing in the office. They could help you too. God bless you!

see if there is nothing by ur side then its a no way thing and u shldnt worry for that
or to be on the safer side if u have a option u can switch or try looking for a new job and till then continue this on e
once u get new quit it up as
i dnt think one can work in an environment of fear

stop being a pushover and stick up for yourself. Get the stuff on tape or record what he is saying with a voice recorder and report him! If he thinks he can do that to you he will think he can act that way to anyone. Its time to stop him in his tracks.
I know sometimes leaving a job is out of the question. Look into finding out who his superiors are and talk to them. However, if you FEEL like one day he is going to assault you, it is necessary to leave that job. Would you want to be traumatized for the rest of your life for a little cash??

quit the job dear. u cannot face this kind of irresponsibility ppl. so pls try another job. as u said u r soft nature girl, u shud leave at once. my kind request. all the 5 fingers r not same. alert dear.
