appetite? I try to drink lots of water, but that makes me tinkle ALOT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eat things high in Fiber (6 grams or more). They stick with you longer.

well if you are not fat , only afraid to be , then follow this :
1-drink tea when u feel hungry and drink it slowly .
2-never ever eat infront of TV.
3-give yourself a walking or running time , sports is the right solution even if you eat more .
4-after this all if u still hungry eat fruits it will fill ur tank without getting you fat .
5-when you eat , its not important to feel the pain because of eating alot , just eat to feed ur hunger , not to fill ur stomach .

if you are fat , ask expert
note that some times there is a medical problem with always being hungry your stomach could not work well by suck enough volumes from this big amount of food . its like being only a pipe , is this case clinic will be a good place to visit

Get busy in doing some activity. Add some interest in your life. Till then keep cut carrots and cucumber handy.

Drink more get out more your fist is the size of your stomach getting fat is not fun most people are in the US of A

You gradually want more and more food, as you eat more. Try to restrain yourself for a while, and then you won't be as hungry.

try green tea its good on supressing the appettite but also good on antioxidants and for loosing weight/ energy.

go to gym or do exercises at home. u eat cos u re bored
