Mine are secret and have been different through out my past relationships. They just kinda come naturally with time. Often you start off with several in mind but whichever seems to get the best response ends up winning. The thing that makes pet or nicknames genuine is that they are uniquely given from a loved one or friend, otherwise they become generic like many have and often do.

Jethro Tull are often pronounced as 'The Tull' As Fleetwood Mac are 'The Mac' {even Mick Fleetwood calls them that} at the same time as Peter eco-friendly develop into nevertheless a member of John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers, the slogan performing on London walls develop into "eco-friendly is God"...

"Moo Cow" for me, and "Polar Bear" for her are among one of our many (and also our favorite) pet names!
We came up with them because of several different stuffed animals that i gave her.......When we first got together, i gave her a stuffed polar bear from my childhood and said "You are my wittle polar bear, so i thought that you could use some company!" and she asked "why am i your polar bear?" to which i responded "because you and your love keep me warm even in the coldest and hardest of times, just as the polar bear keeps itself warm on the coldest and hardest of nights."
Then, i bought her the cutest stuffed moo cow that you ever have seen! And she said that i was her "wittle moo cow because i am the cutest of the litter, and i am alwlays in her arms and thoughts (like the moo cow when she sleeps) and that i always make her smile, just as every time that she looks at the moo cow!"

i called my ex hun, and/or turtle dove. doves are one of the most momogomous creatures, when a hunter kills one, often times the mate will soon die off there after. so i thought it was sweet, and a bit different.
