nobody is counting calories nowadays. if u eat a piece of whole grain bread your body will waste the same anount of energy it consists on dygesting it. if u eat a low calories choclad bar your body does not waste any energy on dygesting it, so even if they have the same amount of calories u will get fat by eating choclad bar and do not add any weight by eating whole grain bread.
