Considering the way things are done in Saudi Arabia, you will find it difficult. But I met a lovely Saudi lady at a concert in Riyadh some years ago, so it can be done.

If you work in Saudi Arabia and save money, you have to respect its culture. Or go somewhere else, and you'll get lots of girls.
But in Saudi Arabia, most Girls are so modest that they don't speak with stranger guys.
