In just two days, probably the MOST that your body could do for you would be around 10 lbs..... And that will take some work. Well, just drink and don't eat much, if anything at all. What you DO eat, make sure it isn't a carb. If you have any laxitives you could take those to get EVERYTHING outta your intestines.

Fast for one day and one day only. I lost 6lbs of water weight in less than a day by fasting. Also use a suppository or take a lot of laxatives. Also, do a lot of hardcore cardio.

Remember though...in two days you're only losing water weight and about 1 pound of fat (1.5 at the most).

By essentially not eating anything but a little protien powder, some oils for fats (olive oil is the healthiest), fish pills for special Omega-3 fats, and vegetables for carbohydrates. I could say what to avoid but, trust me, the list is almost endless (and includes unsafe things like artificial sweeteners, and metabolizers as well as things like bread products and caffeine)

The "nutrient-only" diet mentioned above simply gives the body all it needs to build muscle and convert fat to muscle safely in as few calories as possible with the least glycemic potential (sugar and bread, for example, have high glycemic potential). Then do aerobic exercise (to burn calories: 600 to 800 calories a day is good) and strength training (the build larger muscles...which need blood to be pumped through them causing the heart to burn more calories).

The weight you lose each day is given approximately by these formula (note 2000 is about how many calories an average person burns a day just in the course of daily activities):

2400 calories = about 1 pound of weight
Weight loss = (Calories burned in workouts + 2000)- Calories you eat

If you can do two 800 calorie workouts a day (one in the morning one at night...I'd recommend using elliptical machines), say, and only eat about 800 calories of food, you will have

Weight loss = (1600 + 2000)- 800 = 2800 calories

So you would lose a bit over a pound a day minimum loss.
However note, if you barely ever exercised your body will automatically bump up its metabolism and make your lose 2-4 pounds (note, this only happens once after months of lack of activity). So if you're really lucky you can lose about 5-6 lbs. in two days naturally and safely.

Add to that weight loss the calories used to repair torn muscles and pump blood through growing muscles and losing around 8-12 pounds a week over the course of a month becomes acheivable. 30-40 pounds in 3 months (with constant muscle and metabolism build-up from exercise) is seriously about is good a rate as you can get, realistically.

But the fact is, you can't lose lots of weight in two days. Even if you starved yourself and dosed out of caffeine or metabolizer pills, you would still be stuck at no more than 2 pounds loss a day
(and metabolizers can kill you by overstressing your heart and, after a few weeks of low-food-nutrient intake your metabolism will lower down until you are no longer losing weight on your tiny diet and THEN shoot your weight back up when you do eat decent food. This is why over 90% of people who lose weight fail to keep it off: they do not acknowledge the way metabolism works.

The only way to truely use weight is a combination of good nutrition (IE the most nutrients in the fewest calories like mentioned much earlier) and exercise to increase metabolism naturally.

Go on a all liquid diet and only drink juices, water, and cup of soups anything liquid. It will also cleanse your system out. Soda and alcohol should not be one of the liquids to use in this diet. It should shed some pounds but not alot losing weight takes time.

fast.. this is the solution if you want it fast. but for long term results, the best thing to do is exercise, do a lot of cardio, drink tons of water, and get on a diet. There is no easy way.

It depends how much weight, and whether you want to be healthy or not. Eat good portions of healthy food and exercise and lose weight slowly and in a good way. Starve yourself and exercise to lose weight fast and make yourself ill. I choose healthy eating :]

There's no such thing as fast and easy. You can eat smaller portions six times a day to speed up your metabolism. Just avoid junk (ie. bread, sugar, salts). Also, increase your water intake.
