Yes, water levels are rising, no thx to global warming caused by the cutting of trees and the thining of the atmosphere. I do not think it is caused by the wee though even though the human population is growing and we are taking or advised to take more and more water nowadays.

The cutting of trees not only causes the green house effects but also soil errosion which would cause more and more soil flowed into the sea.This will only cause the sea level to rise and the land area to decrease.
