than GO AHEAD,
If not than there are certain restrictions in some contries on dating with different species. Consult a Lawyer...

seeing cnn.com on the link immediately gave away its something stupid. But my honest opinion is he is way out of your league, you couldn't get with a guy 1/2 that good looking. Stop having your expectations so high. Infact here is a picture of a guy who is more in your league....
