Just Google "Maui MLS" you will see a huge group of realtors that work through the internet and the Maui MLS system is updated on a daily basis, listing all new properties. You can enter pretty much any parameters you want in your search.
The Delmore realty one (I have no affilation - I have just used the site) I know for sure does not make you enter personal information, either.

try a Realtor ...Maui doesn't exactly cater to affordable developments,,,,,just as well
