on the plus side- smart, witty, quick on her feet, spontaneous, always smiling and joking/laid back when not in class or work, great sense of humor, loves to laugh and make others laugh, empathetic, likes to listen and give advice, understanding, versatile like being able to get along with all kinds of people, talkative, honest, trusting, energetic, likes to be the leader but doesnt mind following others either
on the negative side- hard on self, sarcastic, may overdo the joking, might not know when to be serious/sincere, too honest about other people, although outgoing waits for people who are interested in her to start talking to her, hard for her to let people know her completely, sometimes takes on the personality of people she is around, analyzing, sometimes easily stressed

Although you don't give a physical description, I'd go on a blind date with this girl. I really like girls who are smart, honest, humorous and actually give a crap about what I have to say, because I think I have thoughts that are worth hearing just like anyone else. Her energetic and talkative qualities could nicely compliment my somewhat quiet and calm nature. Her sarcasm and sensitivity could be a little annoying, but they are minor flaws to me, and no one is perfect.
About myself
On the plus side- intelligent, deep thinking, articulate likes to laugh, easy going, accepting, tolerant, good listener, honest, well-defined sense of self, thinks personality is more important than looks
On the negative side- overthinker, cynical, doesn't like commitment, brutally honest, unemotional, long-winded, a bit arrogant, distrustful, rather be quiet than engage in small talk
It sounds like I'd mesh pretty well your girl. We share a lot of traits and she could maybe open me up a little. I think her best quality would be her honesty because I hate trying to guess what people are thinking. Her worst quality would be that she is easily stressed because I'm known for saying things that people may not like to hear.

For me, I enjoy girls that are funny and laugh a lot. But I hate it when they overdo the joking and when they tell you the plain truth all the time. I also dont like people who get stressed...AT ALL! Sometimes being talkative is a bad thing sometimes, but if she gives good advice, shes okay.

Sounds to me like like a very likeable lady... a woman that's happy with who she is & knows who she is... a very attractive trait in a lady,,, (or in anyone)

Worst? If I HAD to pick one, I'd say, Hard for her to let people know her completely,...

girl it sounds like she's the intellectual self thinking high achieving type, so she'll attract her share of interest, but will scare most of them away, as she's scared to open up, she's cool in her comfort zone of friends, will need some analytical, intellectual dude, who's got a fair degree of patience to crack this little cookie, as she's good fun at the start, but hard to really connect to, as she's not willing to let anyone there, but on the plus side she's a degree of fun.
