You see God in the Word. You then walk in the light of truth. You see Him in His creation. If you know Jesus, you know the Father. God is a spirit. His Son came in the flesh. We have the earnest of our inheritance while in this life and many reassuring evidences that one day our faith will end in sight and though we see through a glass darkly, then we shall see face to face. Our eyes shall see Him coming in clouds of glory. We will be changed in a moment to incorruptible immortality so we can live in the presence of God face to face for eternity.

This is a good illustration I heard a joke on television a few months back, there was a Brain surgeon talking to an Astronaut, The Austronaut said to the Brain Surgeon:"I have gone up into space more times than I could number, many many times, and even so I have never ever seen God or heaven even once! hhhmmm, said the Brain Surgeon I have donemillions of Brain surgeries many many times, but I have never ever once seen a thought ever! like wise I have never seen you ever, then does that mean that you don't exist?

i saw a vision of jesus christ, the first time i saw him in Glory like no other dream but more like a God in heave clothed in the sun. another time i saw him in heaven as if I had died, and voice declared to me that it was jesus Christ.
i had a weaker dream, where i was on an iceburg and because i was alone i began calling upon the name of jesus to search for him. When a person came to me I saw a white man with a dark beard, and then all of a sudden there were many people being gathered around him. I was in a barren wasteland! and as soon as he showed up all these people went to him.
Was it Jesus?
I think so, or at least some similitude, but it could've been any Angelic person who was harvesting the souls around me. SEnt to me by God Even though i was calling upon the name of Jesus.
if visions and dreams are PROOF of God, than i have had many dreams that prove satan exists too, and that evil beings are all around us. But so do angels exist as well. If i truly saw a vision of Jesus It should be proof enough that God Exists.
on the other hand i was asked to stand up and pray in front of church brethren and behold i saw a light appear like a star in my mind, and with my eyes closed continued to pray while this light came close and took the form ofa man , and as i beheld the form of a man it came EVEN closer So could SEE the image of a male and knew that i was seeing a spirit being in my mind. i stopped in mid sentence and said WOW, there is visitations and after visitation of a spirit being very much like this appearance. and many times he has revisited me and i wonder who he is, or if he is NOT Satan.
