I am a personal home chef for a single woman and the holidays are approaching. Should I bring a small gift the next time I prepare her meals for her?

What would be a good gift? Should I make something for her to eat in addition to the normal stuff I make her?

I think people have the wrong idea. I am also a woman and I am married. This is not a romantic thing or a possible romantic thing.

Anyway, I went there today and she had nothing for me so I left nothing for her. I didn't want to make her uncomfortable coming home to a gift but not having left one. thanks all

I would just make something extra special, one of her favourite meals perhaps with extras

Maybe you can make a special dessert for one day or a special meal for one time. I think that should be enough and better than bringing the gift. And think it will be better to let her know prior to prepare special meal and set the date. In that way she won't be so surprised and you won't give any wrongimpressions.

Unless you want her to think your interested i would keep the gift very light hearted. You should probably put a yellow rose with her dinner because yellow represents friendship.
