Yes - both.

The film is OK but dated.

If you can find a good production of the play, go and see that - far better then the film. I saw a production in 2001 with Neil Mullarkey in the title role and it was excellent.

It is very good. There was a recent version of the film madewith Reese Witherspoon in it.
