You'll have a lot more problems if you get caught and get the using fake ID charges on top of everything else.

Whoa little brother is that really what you want? I am the voice of hard time 12.5 years in maximum security. What you are proposing will not work because no person can work in two places at the same time. The I.R.S. will knock on your door sooner or later. What about your family? What will this do to them? What about your life? You get it together have a couple kids and the law comes knockin'

You do what you must, but that is an additional felony to use someone elses ID. The reality is you did the crime, stand up and do your time. You cannot escape it except by a dirt nap. You never know you might get off easy as a first timer like probation. Worst of all if you involve your buddy he becomes an accessory to the crime aiding and abetting a felon is still a crime last I checked.

Pack yer tooth brush and a tube of vaseline you will be OK.

That sounds like one of the best ways to make sure your friend loses his job and goes to prison with you. You have no idea how much there is to be concerned with when trying to do what you think you can do, nor do you seem to realize the additional criminal charges you will face when caught. Honestly I have not heard of anything this foolish in a long, long time. You want help? Spend your energy with an attorney and, if needed, preparation for incarceration and subsequent release. Remember too, any court or jury will see a scheme to change identities as a detailed attempt to evade the law. This will almost definitely increase the sentence you will receive anyway once you are caught. Trust me on this one, I know. Don't try it.

This will not work. You may think that it might if you did go ahead with it, but it won't. You will get caught and be in a worse situation. Your friend would get in big trouble too. Just face the music and accept those fraud charges. It is much better to get it over with now, pay some fines, get cleaned up and have a fresh start - rather than running and never really being at "ease" because you are doing something illegal and sneaky, then getting caught and being in HUGE trouble! Plus - you never know what may happen between you and your friend. I know you trust him, but you NEVER know what might happen in the future. He might not be as good a friend later on.

No, you will spend the night in jail for not only operating a vehicle without a valid license, you will be in trouble for presenting/using a false ID. Both actions are high misdemeanors, which means high fines and possible jail time. In addition to all that, the vehcile will be impounded and the owner will be cited as well. but hey, might be worth it if you can make it to Taco Bell before you get pulled over.

These days because of terrorists using fake id's, you could be in a large world of trouble. Your civil rights could be conveniently forgotten as you would appear as a threat to this country. Are you familair with the phrase, "Lock him up and throw away the key"? You are already in deep "ka ka" for using a public forum. You can expect a knock on your door from those who don't find your question a joke.

No I don't think it will work..you'll both have the same id number the same address on drivers license, the same social security number.... you have to change drivers license after in a state for 30 days you get pulled over they run the license...you'll get caught one day and then the charges will be more than what you're facing now.

"I'll take bad ideas for $1000, Alex."

Before 9/11 this may have worked. Post 9/11 that is a REALLY bad idea and can get you locked up for some time with a really big fella named Bubba that likes men. They watch duplicate ID's HARD!

Just remember that if the soap falls to leave it there.

impersonating is a felony and a big crime, if your caught you and your friend will have serious problems, he often due he's a police officer. Why all the things you want to do can't be done legally? You should think this a few more times. Do you smoke? If so tell us where you gonna be at to mail you cigarettes. Something else, try to don't drop the soap.

No it won;t work. Anytime the license is used and entered as ID, a job applicatiom, apartment, car insurance, it will show that there are two licenses, two car insurance companies, not to mention what would happen at tax time. Your likely to just bring your friend down with you if you do this.
