What do you mean fake? You mean illegal not authentic? Its not fake its just not legitimate. Anyhow you cant Microsoft will validate your windows version before it sends you updates. Get a real version or keep reinstalling the ripped version.

Over here in Asia, 90% use pirated windows as it is too expensive to buy the genuine one. Before you would be able to update on these, but since microsoft has introduced verification, it is impossible now. The only way to get updates on a pirated copy, is to buy the latest pirated copy with the updates already installed.

You cant! MS have the WGA for that reason, to stop all fake versions working. You will need to purchase a genuine copy. Fake versions, even with keygens found from p2p sites will eventually be found out by MS and they will close the OS (I've seen this happen).

offcorse you can , not all the updates , just let automatic update on it will find and update your windows alone , mostly all security updates will be done . before two weeks my fake xp windows updated windows Media player from 9 to 10 .

Get the serial off a friend. I don't know why people are having issues with running one copy on multiple machines, but I had no trouble doing it. They all update without a problem.

I don't think you can. And if you can all the trouble you have to go through is probably worth just paying for windows xp.

this copy needs no crack no patch no nothin have installed this on several different pcs and all work great just dload it burn it and write down the key that comes with it and install it and all will be fine it will update and validate with absolutely no probs i even called ms for support and they say it is legit copy

Cant do it, but if your really nice, I can sell you a legitimate copy for 1/2 price. Totally legal and you won't be in this bind!
