I am a good-looking guy who gets a few girls pretty easily. I am not a total stud though and I think my weak point is that my butt is not as full as it should be. I think that if I had a full and round butt, I would get a lot more chicks. I am debating getting butt implants. Has anybody out there had implants put in or had a significant other that had implants? How does it feel? Did it help you hook up more?

Go to the gym instead. There's exercises you can do to build muscles in your butt. The results look better. The implants will be uncomfortable for a very long while and you'll probably regret it. There not like breast implants. In the butt implants there is a 85% chance of rupture due to the high impact motion of the rear.

Seriously. If having a flat butt is your only problem, girls would look past that. Skip the plastic surgery and start hanging out in places that you enjoy. Girls who enjoy the same things will be there. Start smiling and talking. Don't expect perfect 10s if you are not a perfect 10. A solid 7 with a great sense of humor will not care that you have a flat butt... as long as your personality is more well-rounded than your a$$.

Dear god no! I am a good looking girl, but I would not date someone with butt implants. Love yourself, the butt is only superficial. Would you really want to be with girls that like you for your butt? Do you really need to market yourself that way? Getting girls.. what kind of girls though?

did you ever see that guy on MTV who got the calve implants... he was a moron. it was the biggest waste of money ever. who cares about that stuff. as long as you don't have a hideous face, who cares. guys aren't supposed to be pretty anyhow. that is a WOMAN'S JOB!!!
however, girls are not as shallow as men, and so it would not help your sex life the way you think. being a stud is only physical & that does not always help you land girls... PERSONALITY MATTERS for most women... so work on that instead... that does not require surgery either... it will save you money... that you can use to buy chicks dinner on dates... a lot of dates...

The process is expensive and painfull. I would suggest you look for doctor that has 'collegen fillers'. My sister did it and it worked. It's painfull only at the time she was getting it done. The pain went off after the next day. The only thing is, it may last only 2-3 years. She did it 3 years ago and amazingly it's still there.

I think if you have no trouble getting girls you shouldn't get them. They are expensive, and they hurt for a long time.
