I've had gray hairs since middle school - not a lot, just the random few. I think they also stand out a lot because I have such dark hair. It might not be a bad idea to just touch up your roots every now and then with an inexpensive at-home kit. I usually pluck the individual hairs when I see them, but I only have a few and I know exactly where they are.

Grey hair i due to the amount of stress you contain. You should set aside some YOU time, the time of the day or week that you spend doing whatever you want to do such as relaxing in a spa, getting a manicure whatever pleases you. As for the fact that your hair doesn't stay attached in curls is because your hair is:
1) too thin
2) too soft, when curling hair you should have hair that hasn't been washed for a day. It's a lot easier to maintain your curls.

Premature graying at your age is due to a lack of B Vitamins in your system. You need to be taking a quality Vitamin B Complex. I suggest two per day for one month then back off to one per day. In the beginning your body needs to be drenched in the B-vitamins then cut down and stay with one per day from then on. Our diet is not nearly as rich in vitamins and minerals as it was 200 years ago and we need the additional supplements. This will help. It may take some time to do so. This problem did not begin overnight! Have a great holiday season.
PS... Lilac is right about stress. Stress takes B-Vitamins out of our system also.

having gray hair is depends! my mom's hair got gray when she was 18yrs. and she had to color it and dat was it. ther are two major cause:
1. difficulties in life that makes u think too much about it.u get tired inside and makes u psycho- paroblems and ends up getting ur hair gray.
2. because of the genes in your body.yor grand parent might've had the same problem which u got it.

there are types of hair that are really hard to style, those thick course strands or even very straight hair have these kind of problems, sometimes you just have to find a really good stylists or products. As for gray hair, does one of your parents have gray hair at an early age,it usually runs in the family. One of my niece (who's only 14) has gray hair because her dad has gray hair at an early age.

well, my dad's hair turned white when he wuz 23, but it soon turned back. try not to straighten or curl ur hair too much. it damages ur hair and can cause hair to fall out. (u can straighten ur hair with these straightners that uses pressure).
