= My thought he will go after Mambo as I think he can fold him fast and make a big play of it for the long term.

Well, he is the #1 mandatory for Jermain again, so i'd bet on that.
People thought Winky was stupid for wanting equal money against Jermain, and walking away from the rematch.
However, he had a contract with HBO for a big payday anyway, no matter who he fought.
So he took the fight against Quartey, who really should be no bigger than 147.
So, 3 million for a fight against Quartey, where he knew he would win, or 5 million in a rematch against Jermain, he took Quartey, knowing that he would still get another shot at Jermain anyway.

So, unless he moves up to fight Joe Cazaghe at 168, I'm betting Jermain is his next fight.
Really no other money fight for him.
Oscar will not fight him.
Hopkins won't come back to 160.
Not sure if Vargas will ever fight again.
Not sure when Jermain's mandatory fight is due, he also has another belt with a different mandatory fighter.
If Jermains mandatory is not due for 6 months, Winky may get in a tuneup/safe fight against a smaller "name" opponent before fighting Jermain again.
