Contact your state licensing board. As a doctor yourself, you should have their contact information.

Actually many Dr's are not part of the AMA, but all are registared throught the state Licensing board- most states have profiles for their MD's- but Kentucky doesn't. (or else I couldn't find it on the web)- He is a neurologist-- and there is a web site called "health profiles:

healthgrades.com/directory_search/Physician/Profiles/profile.cfm?...

were you can look up a MD's credential.

The Kentucky Board of medicine may give you the info for free.
that for a price you can look up a Dr's profile/credentials

Log on to American Medical Association and then click members. Type your doctors name. If you know his specialty, check that site, his name will come up. Doctors have to be registered with the AMA, as M.D. or D.O.

Good luck. You need to know his whole name. You could also narrow the search to Kentucky.
