YES!!!---- Much to my shock and amazement!!! NOT ONLY can they get an erection but they can still perform!!
My OLD dog - who was neutered 9 years ago was practising safe sex with the neighbours dog,
She was SO mad when she called to give me a piece of her mind, my big brute was attached to her precious (mutt) and she didn't want any puppies.
I couldn't believe it, then I saw it with my own eyes, she was feeling quite ashamed of herself when I showed her the papers to prove that he was fixed.

Depends...
Dogs that are neutered at a very young age (ie: before sexual maturity or the age at which the level of free-range testosterone rises in the body) typically will not have the necessary sexual drive to get or maintain a noticeable erection.
Dogs that are neutered after reaching sexual maturity typically still get an erection and are capable of mating (but not siring offspring). This is most likely to occur within a month or so of a dog being neutered, as the testosterone levels in his body have not yet decreased.

Yes and they can still orgasm too, they just dont have any sperm.
Just like when men get visectomies, they can use it, they just dont have the sperm
