it seems my partner has lied to me, she said she got my airfare sorted but I rang the airline this morning to confirm and she aint done it, I ringing her tonight to discuss why she has lied to me, I love her to bits and am prepared to forgive her for this as we have been through what I see as worse in some cases together I just dont know how to tell her my feelings...any ideas?? and also what do you all think, just wondering if you all think I should forgive and forget this incident or not and why?? not like it'll change what I do anyway just wondering what you'd all do in this situation.
I will admit I do feel hurt, sad and angry by this but can forgive her.

Ask her why she say she did but she actually didn't. Is this the first time this happend? Maybe she forgot, maybe she didn't mean to lie, maybe she got reasons. If this is the first time you think she lied to you, don't jump to conclusions, don't get angry easily. If she has lied to you lots of times before, than it's time for you to seriously think about her character. Lying as a habit is a bad thing.
My suggestion would be to ask her first, calmly, why she said she did, what happend, etc etc. Let her explain her self. then you could take it from there.

People who have no problem lying about little things, lie about big things. It seems like she does not respect you enough to tell you the truth. If you let her "get away" with this, it's almost like saying, "Yes, it's okay, go ahead and lie to me, I'll forgive you." Why would you even put up with that? Time to move on and either be by yourself, or find a woman who respects you and cares enough not to lie to you.
