They can't use "race" to silence the northern border security issue so they ignore it entirely. Back around 1989 they caught a female terrorist from Germany carrying Iranian passport coming over the Canadian border into Vermont, causing the local congressman and senator to sponsor a tough illegal immigration bill, but it was shelved by speaker Tip O'Neill who didn't want to upset the Hispanic voters. Not many of whom sneak into Vermont from Canada I suspect. Someone has suggested we just annex Mexico and Canada, and move the new capital to Nunavik. Can't be any worse than the amnesty idea.

The southern border (Mexico) is where the majority of our immigrants are sneaking in at. The main reason is that they have little or no business that pays a wage worth living on. The government there has a completely different attitude than the Canadian and American Governments do. The main reason is that they have primarily a Spanish heritage and we do not.

How many Canadians cross the borders illegally? Probably as many as those crossing illegaly to Canada from the US. A few. We have to focus on the southern border because that is the main source of illegal immigrants.

Well, there are several obvious reasons. To start: 8 out of every 10 illegal caught are Mexican.
2 in 5 Mexican Nationals are living in the USA illegally.
50% of our LEGAL immigrants are Mexican Nationals. Then there is the rest of latin America and the world.
I don't see Canadians or anyone else having marches like the Day without a Mexican march and the attrocities that occured therein.
I don't see huge numbers of women standing around with large squadrans of minor children at their skirts and in baby carriages, all speaking Spanish on the stree corners of local neighborhoods.
40% of all improsned felons are Hispanic. Most are Mexican.
IN many school districts up to 90% of the elem. school pop. is non English speaking hispanic. Mostly Mexican. Currenty, even with the WALL, 150,000 illegal Mexcinas cross our souther border weekly. Week in and week out.
I could go on and on. But you get the idea. THAT's why our focus is on the Souther border cuz that's where Mexico is.

I'm pretty sure that real Canadians are not climbing fences or hiding out in fruit trucks to get to the U.S. They apply for permission if they want to live in the U.S. But most don't. Canada is a great county.. war free, except for having to help the U.S. and the people are good honest people. They have no reason to " sneak" into the U.S. If anyone comes in from Canada, it will be those who have come from other countries.. so U.S. immigration better watch out for that.

Well, its the its the easiet sacpegoat in the immigration debate, and plus its easy cop out for polticans since they deported a couple million back in the 1950s. The dumb politcans say, hey will try it again then have the border partrol igrone immigration laws when the economy needs labor cost contianment.

We do but in Canada conditions are much better than Mexico and, in some ways America. Mexico on the other hand has many poor people and a shortage of jobs so they want to come to America.

Maybe because that is where over 95% of it is happening!!!! Just maybe. Would that not make sense?
My thoughts are that we should not guard the southern border, it is too expensive. I it is more cost efficient to make a radioactive with our nuclear waste. As long as it is highly toxic of course to act as a deadly deterrent and automated targeting systems in case the infected invaders make thru. Yes we do and it might surprise you to know that there are probably more illegals coming in from Canada and England than there are from Mexico. I would venture to say that our Government does no really know just how many Natural, Naturalized, legal and illegal aliens there are in this country.
