are you taking any medications say diet pills or some sort(eg dulco-lax)? if you do then this may be the reason.

normally after eating it takes 4 hours to totally digest ur foods . The main causes of digestive problems stems from things we can control. Such as chewing our food well, not eating the wrong types of food, accepting possible food allergies and/or intolerance to lactose, reducing stress, and not overeating or constantly snacking. There are other things outside of our control that can cause problems such as being deficient in helpful enzymes and having an imbalance of beneficial bacteria.

Or u may be suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). With IBS, the nerves and muscles in the bowel are extra-sensitive. For example, the muscles may contract too much when you eat. These contractions can cause cramping and diarrhea during or shortly after a meal. Or the nerves can be overly sensitive to the stretching of the bowel (because of gas, for example). Cramping or pain can result.

hope i gave you a little info regarding ur concern. it would be better if you'll seek help from medical prof.

It's just a habit. And perhaps what you're eating. And it's not easy trying to train your body otherwise, if you got to go...you got to go rite? Well if you can, try to eat lesser than you normally do and go do something to distract yourself. If you smoke or have coffee after your meal. Don't as well, that usually triggers it. So if you can try to change your schedule, that will help retrain your body to go when you want it to go.....good luck!
