It means "My Salutations to all".

Sabco means for everybody. Mera means my.
Pranam or salam are salutations.

So it means salutation to everyone(around).

It is a salutation.
you must have observed people join their hands together to greet.
sabko = to everybody
mera = my
pranaam = salutations

My acknowledgement/greeting to everyone . Normally , If there are a number of people here and we have to greet them in a Traditional way ( especially if they are elder to us ) , we use this .

An equivalent English Translation would be :
Hi to All of you !
