Is there a photo program that can make the object in a picture look like it's from a cartoon? The closest example of what i'm trying to say is this picture (http://www.dynamicforces.com/images/Bride-of-Frankenstein.jpg). Many of my clients that ask about making their photos customize ask if I can make them into cartoons. Is there a program that I don't know of do this type of work, or at least similar to it? (Plz. give website if able to so I can read info. about the program you're trying to explain.) Thank you.

This is a very detailed process for Photoshop users(experienced) with excellent results! If you use a Mac there is an "action" listed at the end of the article that makes this a one step process. If you have a PC it is a lot more tedious!

Adobe used to make a product called Streamline, but I don't think it's around anymore.
