I just got an LG vx9800 and I was wondering how I can transfer music from my computer to my phone. I don't have a mini sd yet or a usb cable. My phone has bluetooth, but I'm not even sure how to use it. What is the cheapest and easiest way to do this?!

Your help is appreciated! :-D

I own LG vx9800 as well. I got music on phone by getting a using the microSD card. I know you mentioned you do not have one yet, but with the prices dropping on memory cards, it is a good investment short of buying the proprietary software from Verizon.

If you own a media card reader, (many times they are built into your printers, CPU, or you can even get an external hub for $10) then you can use the memory slot on your phone.

1) Get a blank miniSD card. It will come with an adapter so you can plug it into a regular SD slot.

2) Your PC will recognize the new card as a new drive letter

3) Copy any mp3s to the new card

4) Remove card from PC, remove microSD from the adapter, and plug it into your phone.

viola!

*SD = Secure Digital
*microSD = a mini Secure Digial card
