Green Mango for those who like it hard and sour. Dip into salt improves the flavor, will make your mouth water.
Ripe Mango (Yellow) came from green mango left for about a week. Depending on the variety, it is sweet and good for dessert.
The best mango in the world (exported worldwide) is from the Guimaras Island of The Philippines.
