I do to. I'm an overweight woman, not obese yet my wrists & ankles are that of a preteen. Everyone laughs at me b/c of my small wrists, I take more links out of my watch than I leave in. Oh well at least something is small on me. Anyway I like my tiny wrists, they're cute.

I have incredibly small wrists for a man my age. I asked a jeweler to take out some links in a watch I got for Christmas last year so it would fit my wrist. He said he took out as many removable links as he could and it still wouldn't fit my wrist. I don't let it bother me, though. I don't like wearing watches anyway.

This is how "they" measure your bone structure. Your whole bone structure is very small. Why that is important for you to know, is that it will be easier for you to have osteoporosis when you are older. The reason I know? Because that was me. It's important for you to get LOTS of good calcium, now and the rest of your life. Supplements, diary products that are high in calcium. And some green veggies that are high in calcium. Do your homework on building and keeping strong bones. The other important thing for you, is to do plenty of weight bearing exercise. Walking, jogging, running. make your bones stronger. In the meantime, you can just enjoy being small...but eat healthy, please! And if you don't? You will later have easily broken bones, likes wrists and pelvic bones. Stay smart!

I have small wrists too. My mom sent me a gold watch and I had to go to the store to get some of the links removed. Well, she had to remove all the removable links in order for it to fit. The good thing is you can take them to a place that buys gold and get money for them!

You have small bones. People fall into three categories regarding this. You either have a large, average or small frame. In your case you have a small frame.
