I would start by taking her to see her regular pediatrician to have a complete check up. I would talk to her with the doctor about how she is feeling and what can be done to help her. Weather it would be some counseling or if she would need to be put on medicines. There is most likely a public mental health organizations in your your city or county. The doctors there would be able to recommend a course of action for treatment.

Being a teen sucks outloud. I havent been one for a few decades, but I remember it rather painfully.
There are lots of resources: Here are some ideas
1) talk to the people at her school. She probably has a concilor of some sort there.
2) call the local department of health. usually these will also have a department of community mental health.
3) call your local hospital - perhaps she has an issue (weight, grief, anger self image, etc) and they may have a support group.
They may also be able to point you in the direction of a suitable mental help provider for her
4) her pediatrician. He may know of a suitable therapist for young adults.
Finally, if she's not liking therapy after a while, get her someone else, because that relationship isn't working - and for therapy to work, the client-therapist relationship has to work.

no ... i do not need profeshional help ... same with your teenager ... she/he prolly does not want to talk to someone " prfeshional " about these things .. let her know that she can talk to you at all times and that you will not tell anyone ...
just ... what EVER you do ... dont take her to a "prfeshional place"
thank you

If you are worried about money...call your local social service department. Otherwise, you can always talk to your primary care provider and they can help with a referral to a therapist and maybe some meds.

Hmm, its better if your teenager can communicate with someone who is teenager too. Maybe playing online games can make your teenager more socializing. Having more friends in real life and in online games is better.

The best place is to take her to the closest ER, have them evaluate her and then they can refer her on to a Psychiatrist.

Take her to a doctor and he can give her something until you can find a therapist - which he can also suggest some to you
