I hate those things. I usually put "other" "American", but since its for college you should put "Hispanic". There are benefits: Colleges get more money. Also if you were applying for a college they would consider that and probably pick you over someone who was completely white.

I think no one should sellect Hispanic because it's not a ******* race. We have to force people to stop with this ******* ****. The government of the United States oficialized prejudice against white Hispanics.

My son is both Hispanic and White. Whenever I fill out paperwork for him that asks for race, I check both.

You can't honestly say you're "non Hispanic" so if I were you I would check Hispanic only, because one, it might help your application, and two, aren't Hispanic people a mix of races anyway? However you should do what feels right to you.

indicate that you are White "Non Hispanic". you won't get additional aid if you choose hispanic. it is for the federal government to determine what race is using financial aid more.

If you qualify for being multi-cultural, select the minority group you qualify for. Affirmative action works in your favor.
If you are more than 50% one or the other, and you feel more comfortable choosing one, go for it.
